She bends the lines between Swing, Blues, Bebop and Soul effortless and with an undeniable amount of originality. With her warm burgundy silk tone, Walker's panache for arranging or better yet re-arranging jazz standards and pop tunes is setting her apart from the pack of other modern jazz singers today."
